Audra Massena is a Solutions Consultant specializing in Revenue Cycle Management products, with over 16 years in the dental industry. She began her career as a Dental Hygienist and later transitioned into dental product education and software training, joining Henry Schein One in 2020 as a Software Trainer. She advanced into leadership roles as Supervisor for ePrescribe and RCM Adoption, driving implementation success and user engagement and adoption. 

Today, her focus is on delivering RCM solutions for Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and Private Practices, while partnering closely with product teams to ensure customers receive the most effective and innovative solutions available.
