Brian Weatherly, Chief Executive Officer, spearheads global growth, sharing Henry Schein One's innovative solutions with dental practices beyond North America. As a part of Henry Schein for nearly 20 years, Brian is most passionate about about transforming the lives and livelihoods of our customers enabling them to deliver great healthcare.

Brian graduated from Auckland University in 1989. He currently lives in Faversham in the UK with his wife Sally and their children. Brian enjoys travel, running, and odd bit of DIY.

Jared Nuss, Chief Financial Officer, partners closely with executive leadership to translate strategy into disciplined financial planning, scalable processes, and data-driven decision-making. His remit spans enterprise budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting and controls, capital allocation, vendor and spend management, and the development of analytics platforms that provide real-time visibility into performance. He is focused on turning data into actionable insight and building the relationships and communication channels required to act on that insight effectively.

Jared holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Fort Hays State University and an MBA in finance from the University of Kansas. He lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife Charlotte and three children, and enjoys golf, sports, fitness, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends.

Tanya Befus, Chief People Officer, paves the way for Henry Schein One's thriving, engaged workforce. With nearly 30 years of experience at Henry Schein, Tanya seeks to recognize and harness the potential of Human Capital to optimize organizational efficiencies, creating career opportunity and growth, while delivering value to the business.​

Tanya attended Brigham Young University, is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a SHRM - Senior Certified Professional - and a Certified Predictive Index Analyst. She currently lives in Utah, where she enjoys the outdoors and time with her family.

Ali Hyatt, Chief Customer & Growth Officer, is responsible for driving revenue and for leading the customer experience for Henry Schein One. She runs the company’s sales, support, marketing, onboarding, implementation, training, account management and customer success efforts. Ali also serves as a board member for the Henry Schein Cares Foundation. With two decades of marketing, sales and product experience, Ali is most passionate about optimizing the customer journey.

Ali holds a bachelor's degree in communication with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. She currently lives in Massachusetts with her two kids and husband, and enjoys running.

Alan Rencher, Chief Technology Officer, is the brains behind the organization's internal and external technology operations – from information security optimization to software engineering. With over 20 years of experience, Alan is deeply passionate about innovation and solving customer problems in the simplest way possible.

Alan holds various engineering and computer science degrees and currently resides in Highland, Utah with his wife and four children and enjoys triathlons, road biking and other awesome outdoor activities.

Katherine Wich Sugden, General Counsel, manages the legal and compliance teams serving both our US-based and international businesses. She's also the Deputy General Counsel for Internet Brands.

Katherine graduated from UCLA School of Law and Northwestern University. She currently lives in El Segundo, California with her family and enjoys traveling, good food, reading and watching the Dodgers.

Dr. Ryan Hungate, Chief Clinical and Strategy Officer, is revolutionizing revenue cycle management and integrating our diverse products into the unified Henry Schein One platform. As an orthodontist and the founder of Simplifeye, a company that streamlines dental practice operations with cutting-edge technology, Dr. Hungate is most passionate about making the RCM process for all dentists invisible.

Dr. Hungate holds a BA, MS, & DDS from Ball State University, Indiana University School of Dentistry, and the University of Southern California. He currently lives in Indianapolis, IN with his amazing wife Lauren and enjoys golfing and hanging out with his new daughter.

Ben Flewett, VP and GM, International, leads Henry Schein One’s International Group of practice management software businesses. As part of Henry Schein One for nearly 20 years, Ben is passionate about enhancing oral health through solutions that enable dental practices to deliver the highest quality patient care, while also driving their operational efficiency and profitability.

Ben is a New Zealander but lives in the UK with his wife, Rachel and enjoys flying gliders when not at work.

Chris Butler is VP & General Manager of DentalPlans.com, the largest online marketplace offering dental savings plans and insurance options. Chris leads a team that helps over one million customers access affordable, flexible dental care.

A seasoned ecommerce professional with over two decades of experience driving digital product and marketing success, he is known for developing growth strategies that deliver results by transforming customer experiences to solve consumer issues and boost revenues. Before joining DentalPlans.com, Chris served as the Business Unit Growth Leader at LendingTree, redefining, rebranding, and relaunching their financial wellness platform as LendingTree Spring. Prior to that he spent a decade driving Equifax's product, marketing, and customer experience of consumer products. His digital experiences impact over 50 million members worldwide daily.

Chris holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BA from Dartmouth College, and he has a passion for applying his expertise in the startup and non-profit spaces. He is on the board of Operation Feed ATL, a non-profit focused on mitigating food insecurity in the Atlanta school system.

Nick Davies, VP of Product, leads Henry Schein One's global product strategy and portfolio, overseeing the evolution of solutions that empower dental practices worldwide. As the founder of Dentally in 2013, Nick built a cloud-based practice management platform currently used across the UK, Canada and APAC. When Henry Schein One acquired Dentally in 2020, Nick joined the company to scale that vision across Henry Schein One's diverse product ecosystem. He is most passionate about simplifying complex workflows for practitioners and creating technology that enables dentists to spend more time on patient care.  

Nick graduated from Imperial College London, where he founded Dentally. He currently lives in the UK outside London with his wife and daughter. Nick enjoys flying and currently holds a private pilots license.

Rob Zielinski is Vice President of Operations at Henry Schein One, where he leads the teams responsible for customer support, technical support, onboarding, practice conversions, and the company's Tech Central business. He is passionate about helping dental practices succeed by eliminating friction, simplifying technology adoption, and helping customers realize value faster. Rob believes that adopting Dentrix Ascend should be as intuitive and seamless as setting up a new smartphone.  

With decades of leadership experience spanning operations, services, support, and general management, Rob brings a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results at scale. He began his career as a U.S. Navy submarine officer and later served as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt at General Electric. Rob has also led large multinational organizations and managed significant business portfolios at Dell and Amazon.

Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Boston University.
