Katie C. Poulsen’s 22-year dental journey embodies clinical expertise, leadership, communication advocacy, tech marketing, writing, and podcasting. Raised in a dental family, Katie’s 14-year dental hygienist role is complemented by a Master’s in Professional Communication. Transitioning to tech, she has excelled in Dental Tech as a customer and product marketer for companies like Dental Intelligence and VideaHealth, and she now serves as a product marketer at Henry Schein One, shaping strategies that drive innovation across dental practice management solutions.

Lindsay Abrams has been a dedicated professional in the dental industry for over 20 years. She began her career working clinically as an Expanded Functions Dental Auxiliary and later for Henry Schein One as a software trainer. In her current role as the Solutions Consultant Team Lead, she serves as a subject matter expert for the company’s patient experience platforms, partnering with dental practices to optimize operations and drive meaningful business outcomes. In addition, Lindsay serves on the advisory board at her local career center, where she speaks to dental assisting students to support and mentor the next generation of dental professionals.

Mariana brings over seven years of comprehensive experience in the dental industry, combining clinical operations, business management, and cutting-edge software expertise. Her career began as a dedicated office manager, where she quickly developed a passion for optimizing dental practice operations and enhancing patient experiences. This drive led her to successfully open and manage a dental practice, where she gained firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities within modern dentistry.
Recognizing that the future of the industry lies in technology and digital transformation, Mariana transitioned into dental software—achieving a long-held goal of joining Henry Schein One. As an Ascend Certified Trainer, she played a pivotal role in implementing and training teams on Dentrix Ascend. Mariana has supported large dental service organizations (DSOs) and private practices alike, partnering with respected names such as Smile Brands, P1 Dental Partners, and 42 North Dental.

Through her leadership and commitment to excellence, Mariana helped streamline conversions to Dentrix Ascend across multiple locations, empowering dental teams to operate efficiently and deliver exceptional care. Her success in these initiatives led her to her current role as a Solutions Consultant with Henry Schein One, where she continues to help practices evolve through innovation, technology, and smarter workflows.
Based in Greenville, South Carolina, Mariana has called the area home for the past five years. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active—whether it’s on the pickleball court or exploring the mountain trails nearby
