Dentrix Forms Saves Time and Streamlines Workflows for Dawson Family Dentistry
Challenge
Dawson Family Dentistry was using Dentrix questionnaires and running into two major challenges:
- Anytime the questionnaire was updated, it would replace the old form without rolling over any previous patient information.
- Patients were arriving on time or late and still had to fill out paperwork on the kiosk, putting the team behind schedule. Forms could be printed from the practice website, but because the responses were handwritten, it still required staff to manually enter the information, opening the team up to errors.
