Over the past decade, he has advised thousands of dental practices across all 50 states on business strategy and best practices to improve practice quality, increase profitability, and mitigate risks. His passion for the dental profession emanates from having many family members that are dentists. 

As the CEO of Providence Dental Partners, Phil provides strategic vision and leadership, operational oversight, and fiscal responsibility. He is also responsible for partner development and stakeholder relations. 

Phil and his wife, Elizabeth, have 3 children, Philip, David, and Michael. He is active in his community, serving as a Scouts BSA leader and coaching his son’s baseball and basketball teams amongst other activities. Phil is an avid traveler, enjoys cooking, and is a tolerable golfer.
