For Updates on API Exchange Security Enhancements

As the holiday lights sparkled across New York City, the Greater New York Dental Meeting matched the season’s energy with its own unmistakable buzz. From the moment the doors opened, the excitement was palpable. Customers and partners flocked to our booth, eager to see how we’re innovating the dental industry.

This year, the buzz was all about AI Voice Notes — our latest launch, developed in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and unveiled centerstage at GNYDM. The response was overwhelming: clinicians, practice owners, and partners saw firsthand how ambient voice technology can transform clinical documentation, saving hours and improving claim integrity. We heard the phrase “game-changer” repeatedly, and it was clear AI Voice Notes resonated deeply with the challenges our customers face every day.

But the real magic happened in the moments between demos — over dinner, in the hallways, and during impromptu brainstorming sessions with colleagues and partners. These conversations sparked new ideas, forged deeper bonds, and reminded us why teamwork is at the heart of every breakthrough. The gratitude and excitement from our customers will continue to fuel our passion to keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in dental technology.

We also showcased the brand new Detect AI Impact panel, powered by VideaHealth, which provides real-time AI-generated treatment details and allows for patient education without leaving Dentrix or Ascend. We also talked to customers about the new Dentrix Imaging system and Claims Manager products, both new features in our flagship PMS. Doctors saw the impact immediately: better diagnostics, fewer claim delays, and more time for patient care.

None of this would be possible without the dedication of our team. I’m continually inspired by their efforts spent preparing for launches and events. Our product, engineering, and go-to-market teams are truly passionate about their work and our customers, and it shows. Learning and fun were had by all, including our very own CEO, Brian Weatherly, who played the very popular Henry Schein One Dental Dash game. One of the more impressive parts of the week was having our leadership there, talking to customers and supporting the team. Thank you to Brian, Ali, Alan, Ryan, and Nick for proving that our passion for innovation and customer success starts at the top.

As we look ahead, I’m grateful for the partnerships, the camaraderie, and the shared vision that drive us forward. The Greater New York Dental Meeting was more than just an event — it was a celebration of innovation, teamwork, and the relentless pursuit of better outcomes for our customers.
