Congratulations to Ali Hyatt - Chief Marketing Officer of the Year Medalist
Congratulations to Ali Hyatt, a womentech network Chief Marketing Officer of the Year medalist in the Strategic Growth and Impact category.
Ali, Henry Schein One’s Chief Customer and Growth Officer, is redefining what leadership looks like in digital healthcare. Her people-first vision unites oral and whole-body health through innovation, intelligence, and empathy.
Under Ali's direction, Henry Schein One completed a shift from a product-centric company to a customer-obsessed organization that listens first, builds second, and measures success through outcomes that improve the lives of providers and patients alike. That evolution led to a 98% customer satisfaction score this year and a 10.38% drop in customer handle time compared to last year.
Hyatt, a passionate advocate for women in leadership, is an active member of Women in DSO, the world’s largest organization promoting women leaders across dentistry. In an industry where nearly 60% of U.S. dentists are male, and only one DSO is led by a woman, Hyatt stands as a visible, influential force creating space and opportunity for the next generation of female leaders.
Her impact extends globally through her service as a board member of The Henry Schein Cares Foundation. Their missions is to advance public health initiatives, expand access to dental care for underserved populations, mobilize humanitarian relief, and support education for a more diverse, inclusive healthcare workforce.
In 2025, Ali was appointed as a Trustee of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council (MassTLC) — the state’s leading technology association driving innovation, growth, and economic development across the region. As one of the few leaders representing healthcare technology at the trustee level, Hyatt provides a distinctive and influential voice on how organizations can responsibly navigate the evolving landscape of AI and digital transformation. Her insight into scaling intelligent, secure, and customer-focused innovation has made her a sought-after advisor on topics ranging from responsible AI adoption to cross-industry collaboration.
Her approach combines strategic guidance with genuine empathy — empowering peers to lead with courage, curiosity, and clarity in an era of rapid technological change.
Please join us in congratulating Ali Hyatt!
