Areo Dental now has access to real-time insurance verification with Eligibility Pro. “It’s been super impactful and saves our teams a ton of time. We’ve found that 80% of our verifications are done through Ascend right now,” said Nagaraj. 

Claims sent in seconds  

Ascend also makes it easy to batch and send claims at the end of the day. The system immediately lets the team know if a claim is missing information or attachments, speeding up the process and ensuring things aren't falling through the cracks.  

“If you saw 50 patients in one day, you can literally send out all of those claims in seconds,” said Nagaraj.
