Another Year, Another GNYDM: Reflections on Henry Schein One's Best Booth Yet
The Greater New York Dental Meeting wrapped up an incredible year of events that I'm extremely proud to have managed. It felt like the culmination of a year's worth of Henry Schein One's developments, learnings, innovations, challenges, and growth, laid bare on the tradeshow floor, ready for the industry to experience. Eek!
I'll skip to the fun part: our booth was bustling. We connected with hundreds of practices, the energy never slowed, and one reporter even called our Voice Notes "the best thing on the show floor." That alone felt like a big win.
Our new booth is a fun place to visit and brought together so much of what makes the Henry Schein One team special:
- A dynamic group of sales leaders and teams closing deals
- Dental Dash, our gamified way to help practices see where their tech stack may be falling short
- Hands-on demos for attendees, press, and analysts
- Incredible partners, both old and new
- Involved key opinion leaders
- A forward-thinking events team making it feel seamless (if I do say so myself!)
- And a unified executive team working together to bring smarter care to the dental world
We know dentists are feeling real margin pressures right now, and we've been intentional about building solutions that work together to help ease that burden. Our marketing, product, and sales teams aligned beautifully to tell the story of connected care, from pre-show messaging all the way through on-site education and real-time demonstrations.
Each day, we highlighted a different innovation during our daily Happy Hours:
- AI Voice Notes, developed in collaboration with Amazon Web Services
- AI Imaging, new and improved, with VideaHealth
- AI Phones, powered by Mango Voice
Attendees could experience everything hands-on... and, if they wished, with a cocktail in hand. (Mango Margarita, anyone?)
Watching it all come together over four days left me proud, grateful, and energized for what we'll build in 2026. Cheers to a happy, healthy New Year—and I hope to see you at a tradeshow soon!
