The Partner Referral Program gives you the opportunity to earn cash bonuses when you refer practices to us. The more successful referrals, the greater the rewards.
Bonus Levels
Bronze Level
1-4 Closed deals within calendar year.
$200 for each closed deal.
Silver Level
5-9 Closed deals within calendar year.
$400 for each closed deal.
Gold Level
10+ Closed deals within calendar year.
$600 for each closed deal.
What makes a lead qualified?
Leads need to meet a few criteria to be eligible for rewards.
It’s a new business to us
The lead must be for a business not currently in our sales pipeline. If we already have a lead for the referral then they’ll be disqualified.
Qualifying products
Within the Partner Portal, you’ll find a list of qualifying product groups for which you’re referring your lead. You must select a product from this list, provide all the required information for your lead, along with detailed notes on their interest in the Henry Schein One product or service.

In contact with your lead
When you submit your lead, you’re also certifying that you’ve talked with your primary contact about the qualifying product within the last 30 days.
We confirm the conversation
When the Henry Schein One rep follows up with your lead, they’ll confirm you and your contact talked. If your contact can’t confirm the conversation, then we’ll have to disqualify the lead.
Success!
When your lead becomes a new Henry Schein One customer, you’ll get a cash bonus that corresponds with your partner status level (see chart).

You can submit all your leads through the Partner Portal.
Submit your lead
Once you set up your account in the Portal, you can use the form to quickly submit lead info: their name, contact details, and qualifying product group.
Track your lead status
You can track the status of each lead in the portal. You’ll also be able to see contact info for Henry Schein One rep assigned to each lead, which helps make the process transparent and open.
Find additional resources
The Partner Portal also has a library of marketing materials for qualifying product and services you can share with potential leads to get them interested.
Check your partner status
Once you start accumulating successful leads, you can check your partner status and cash bonuses in your account.
